Normalization uses base_gross_salary_eur × 38.5 / hours_per_week. If a post is missing weekly hours, the normalized view keeps the reported salary unchanged.
The band estimate uses the currently selected family only, but the chart axes stay fixed to all posts matching the current top-level filters. For each experience value, it takes all rows within the selected ±window and plots the rolling p25, p50, and p75. The shaded area is the middle 50% band; the center line is the median.
